Life can already be complicated due to our schedules, the media confusing us with a new "fad" diet or a workout plan that is confusing enough... Let me take the guesswork off your plates and make things simple for you.

8 or 12 week Nutrition Coaching

This program includes WEEKLY check-ins with coaching tailored to your specific needs.
 

  • Personalized goals (daily and weekly).

  • Accountability via a weekly check in form with a voice recording from me.

  • Access to nutrition education such as how to navigate the real world, understanding food, etc.

  • Accountability through food and activity tracking.

  • Personalized nutrition as needed based on allergies, etc.

  • Meal plan references at clients request

  • Customize macros for clients if tracking (if client chooses to track)

If you are interested in a standard/advanced workout plan where you can get started today - LOOK NO FURTHER. (You can purchase the program if you are a newbie to the fitlife, I don't discriminate!)

In Kelseyfitlife 1.0 it has everything you need to get started at home or at the gym.

​

The 8 week program will consist of strength training with moderate reps and moderate weight split into two different phases. This will deliver more blood flow and nutrients to the muscles. This workout guide will be split into two upper body days with two lower body days.

 

It is important to train all aspects of our body because that is what strong people do.

You will challenge yourself with the weight that you have available. The moves will be the same throughout the next 8 weeks so we can build a foundation of muscle. In order to build a house one must have a solid foundation.
